NUFAM 2019: HEGLA Fahrzeugbau presents industry solutions for professional glass transport

NUFAM, the commercial vehicle trade fair, will take place in Karlsruhe for the sixth time from September 26-29, 2019. It provides commercial vehicle fans the opportunity to explore the entire range of products and services of all major companies in the vehicle and attachment industry. This year, the market leader for glass transport attachments in Germany, HEGLA Fahrzeugbau, is participating in the trade fair for the first time.

Customer proximity, customer-specific consultation, and over 40 years of industry experience

For more than 40 years, HEGLA Fahrzeugbau has provided customers with functional and professional industry solutions for glass transport. The name HEGLA not only represents outstanding quality “Made in Germany.” It also stands for continuous development and product innovation. With its three locations nationwide, the HEGLA Group is always in close proximity to its customers and places high value on customer-specific consultation.

Safe, efficient transport of glass and structural elements

HEGLA Fahrzeugbau Managing Director Hans-Peter Löhner is certain: Despite or perhaps because of trends such as digitalisation, interconnectivity, and automation, at the end of each production run, the structural elements and glass still have to be delivered safely and efficiently to their destination. The product portfolio of HEGLA Fahrzeugbau offers a wide range of equipment options for this logistics task.

Industry vehicles with the perfect equipment

At NUFAM, HEGLA Fahrzeugbau will show the trade specialists exactly what such a solution might look like. The industry leader will present a typical glass transporter with a removable exterior rack, roof rack, a pull-out interior rack, and a tool cabinet. “Whether it’s the transport of conventional glass or bulky/extra-large elements, with our needs-oriented solutions, we easily adapt delivery vehicles by adding extra equipment,” said Mr Löhner. An additional benefit: Mounting and TUEV certification can be accomplished on the same day. “This will be the NUFAM premiere for our company. We look forward to presenting our advanced storage and transport concepts to the trade experts.”
